Are you passionate about helping others unlock their potential? At What’s The Formula Mentoring Academy (WTFMA), we believe in transforming lives through mentorship rooted in M.I.G.O.S. – Motivation, Instruction, Guidance, and On-Going Support.

As a Mentee Coach, you’ll lead weekly group sessions and personal check-ins that empower young adults to grow, succeed, and thrive. You’ll serve as a consistent source of encouragement, direction, and real-world wisdom.

🧭 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead weekly group coaching calls
✅ Conduct weekly 30 min one-on-one check-ins with up to 10 mentees
✅ Promote active participation and clear expectations to the parents & mentees
✅ Maintain session records (video, transcripts)
✅ Collaborate with our Lead Coach on mentee development
✅ Leverage your voice to inspire action and growth

🛠 Tools You’ll Use

Google Mail, Docs, Calendar, and Drive
Google Meet for all coaching sessions
Our exclusive WTFMA Certification Course (required before mentoring groups)

👤 Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Comfortable with flexible scheduling
Previous mentoring or coaching experience (preferred)
Reliable internet connection and confidence using virtual platforms
